Bronx Colors is a vegetarian company, but we are not completely vegan. Whilst more than 75% of our products are suitable for vegans, some of our products contain non-vegan ingredients like beeswax. Whilst we are not a vegan company, we still care about animals, and hence adhere to a strict vegetarian policy, and ensure that all of our products are cruelty free and not tested on animals.


Orders

Unfortunately we do not accept orders telephonically.

The parcel will then be returned to the HUB, IHL will be notified that the client was not available. We then need to give instructions to RTT as to what they need to do with the parcel
-Redeliver
-Return to the warehouse
-Send to a different address

Yes, please add a separate delivery address for the recipient during registration.

Once the order has been dispatched, a waybill number will be provided that can be used to track the delivery on the RTT website.

After finishing the payment on Payment Gateway you will be redirected to our order confirmation page where you will find your order and transaction details.

You can not make changes online after placing an order. Please contact our customer support, they will help you regarding this.


Website

Our site contains the Secure Sockets Layer certificate which prevents unwanted scripts from being injected. Also, we aren't processing payments on our side. Payments are directly managed by DPO PayGate and its PCI DSS Level 1 Compliant, GDPR ready and has active Fraud Monitoring.

On the Sign In window you will find the “Forgot Password” option. Click on that and verify your email address. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your mailbox.
