Return Policy

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase of Bronx products.

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace or credit/refund your account, subject to the following conditions below.

This policy applies to only Bronx products purchased on the Bronx Online store/website only.

No Bronx products can be returned to any listed Edgars stores, Edgars Beauty Stores ,Edgars Red Square stores or Placecol outlet stores or any other place of purchase.


1. Unwanted Products :

● If it is undamaged & unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.

● It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged & in its original condition with all seals still intact.

● It is not missing any accessories or parts.

● You log a call through our website or Customer Services Team within 30 days, of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. (after 30 days, only defective products can be returned within a period of 3 months)

● It is not missing any accessories or parts.

We will collect the product from you at no charge.Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of the product that is not properly packaged for transport.

Once we have inspected the product & validated your return, we will refund/credit your account within 10 days of the return.

Please bear in mind that returns can take between 5-10 working days to reflect in your account.

We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, or not in a resellable condition, or missing any accessories.


2. Defective/Damaged Products :

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of high quality and without defects.

A defect is defined as a material imperfection in the manufacturing of the product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not be entitled you to return under this section:

● Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.

● Damages arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of product.

● Damages arising from unauthorised alterations to the product.


3. Products Damaged on Delivery :

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery/ collection, please notify us of such delivery.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return.

We will, at your choice, replace the product as soon as possible.

Should a replacement not be possible, we will credit your account/refund you.

Credit/refunds will be as per the purchase price that you were invoiced/charged.

We will refund/credit your account within 10 working days of the return.

Please bear in mind that returns can take between 5 – 10 working days to reflect in your account.


4. Products Purchased on Promotion :

Any such product purchased within a promotional window/period, the promotional window/period will be defined as:

● Discount %/Rands off

● GWP

● Buy2 Get 1 Free, or any other sort of promotion

Such products returned, will be credited/refunded to your account at the promotional cost. Cost charged to your account at the time of purchase within the promotional period.

All products will be inspected as per normal requirement – damaged/defected etc, and once completed, the credit/refund will be completed.

In the case of GWP or Free issues – these would need to be returned with the purchased product.

Failure to return the following GWP or free issues will result in no credit /refund granted, and the purchase transaction will remain as is.

5. Cancellation Policy :

A Customer is entitled to cancel any electronic transaction as contemplated in section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transaction Act, No 25 of 2002 (“ECTA”) within seven (7) days after the date of the receipt of the Product(s), without reason or penalty.

● This is only applicable if the Customer is a natural person and the end user of the Product(s).

● Only electronic transactions are considered within Section 44 of ECTA.

● Contact the Bronx Colors ZA customer service as soon as possible.

● The order must be cancelled before it is sent out for delivery.
